Points System!

Points System
The idea behind this is to have everyone go through a rank system in terms of character development. You will gain points by training and extra for mastering of Jutsus. You will also gain points for the missions completed. 5 points will be given to you in order to add it to your total amount. The maximum amount of points you will work towards is 270. If you’re lucky enough to gain this amount of points, you’d be eligible for Graduation if you’re an Academy Student. You can however continue training after you’ve graduated from the Academy.
The points will then be put towards your skills set which could possibly dictate how skilled you are in certain areas. It is also very important that you choose your skills set from the beginning. You can have up to 4 skills. For example: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Weaponry, Fuuinjutsu. You can do training in each of the areas you chose. But you cannot go over your character’s rank limit. So A Genin won’t be able to learn any jutsus higher than C-rank no matter what.
It will work like this: This higher the amount of points the more skilled you are in certain areas.
Ninjutsu: 90
Genjutsu: 90
Fuuinjutsu: 50
Taijutsu: 40
These points will then be converted into data book points, which will be on a scale of 1-10. Every ten points gained will be converted into 1 data book point. It will then work like this. Those with 90-100 in certain areas can use S-rank Jutsus in that area. 90-100= S, 70-80= A, 60= B, 50= C, 30-40= D 10-20= E.
The data book would then look like this using the example above:
Ninjutsu: 9
Genjutsu: 9
Fuuinjutsu: 5
Taijutsu: 4- this means you would have basic Taijutsu skills.
As for those that are Genins already will start with 50pts and will allocate the points to a certain skill in which ever way you want. Jounins will start with 120 and will do the same. They will train and go on missions and work their way up to 270. At this point it will be up to you to realize your full Potential as a Shinobi. It is very important that you PM your Sensei what you did during the week and they will give out the points. You will also be required to provide proof of these things just in case.

Gaining Skill Points (SP)
Skill Points:(SP) are the points that show your character's growth over the time. By completing missions or training you can gain SP. With the SP you then can use it to increase the amount of points you have in each of your four skills particular skill your ninja has. By increasing the amount of points in your skills the higher level of jutsu of that skill you may use
SP Per Rank:
Academy Student: 0SP
Genin: 50SP
C-rank Missing-nin:60SP
Chuunin:70SP
B-rank Missing-nin:80SP
Jounin:90SP
A-rank Missing-nin:90
Kage:110SP
S-rank Missing-nin:110SP
Mission SP:
This is the amount of SP you will gain on missions that require a team. You must split the points equally between your teamates and the jounin sensei if it's a genin squad. The jounin can choose to not accept any SP and split their SP between his students.
E-rank ~ 8-14 SP
D-rank ~ 16-18 SP
C-rank ~ 20-22 SP
B-rank ~ 24-26 SP
A-rank ~ 28-30 SP

If you fail your mission you will automatically get only half of the SP you would've gotten if your mission was successful.
After succesfully fuffilling your mission you will report back to the mission thread and post your success or failure. After the kage has looked over your mission he/she will give you the proper amount of SP for it, an Admin can also do this.
Training SP:
This is the amount of SP you will gain when training if your training with another person you will have to split the SP equally with your training partner(s).
solo training: If you training with another person take note that both people must have the sufficient amount of paragraphs for the training to be successful.
Six paragraphs of training - 7SP
Eight paragraphs of training - 9SP
Ten paragraphs of training - 11SP
Twelve paragraphs of training - 13SP
note: a paragraph is considered five lines going across the screen and dont make giant spaces to make it seem that your post is five lines long when it's clearly not.

The second method for missing-nin to gain SP is by successfully interfering with the mission of a ninja or squad. Causing them to fail the mission objective, to be able to do this the missing-nin must be near the vicinity of where the mission is being taken, meaning you can't just come out of nowhere and try to intefere in the mission just because you saw the ninja(s) take the mission in the missions forum. The missing-nin must also have a reason for his actions be it he wants an item that the ninja(s) are protecting or delivering, he was employed by someone to stop the ninja's assigned the mission from being successful.
