another Genin team might be created if we have two many Genin which means another Jounin.

May I switch Celeste-san for Rakashi-san? Celeste-san still hasn't come on, and I'm pretty sure we made that inactive rule for Genin teams. In any event, I need another student soon or else whoever it ends up being will be left behind.
