Sota the new ninja!

Appearance: Sota has red hair which is messily pulled back into a bun and her bangs are messy but just above her eyes. She has startling blue eyes that are complimented by her deep red hair. She has a grey hoody with a brown bear face on the middle of her chest. She wears black shorts and purple and gray striped leg warmers. She wears black sneakers with a self drawn pink teddy bear on the side of each. Sota has three silver studs up the side of her right ear.
Personality: Sota is known as a bully.Sota doesn't trust people much. She is very oppinionated and a little obnoxious. Sota also tends to be very childish.She has a certain view of the world that everyone is trying to out-do her so she works hard to be the best,and even when she fails,she keeps working at it so she cannot be bested again.This makes Sota very competitive.She never turns down a challenge,despite how certain she is to lose.Sota does want to have friends eventually,but she is looking for the right person.

History: Sota was born to a poor family outside of the village. She moved into the village when her parents were murdered and was enrolled in the Academy.Sota started off the school bully in the Academy. She flew through school fine,though she got into trouble with her teachers alot for skipping or picking on the other students.Sota has no living family so she lives alone but Sota always has had her teddy bear Ranka. The teddy bear was given to her berfore the death of her parents. She still carries it to this day. Ranka is her puppet.
Nindo: I like to fight.
Likes: Sota likes spicy foods. She enjoys training,mountain climbing,and hugging her teddy bear. Her most favorite thing in the world is her teddy Ranka.
Dislikes: Sota dislikes onions and chips. Sota does not like rain, nap time,or being in closed in places.The thing she hates most is the Academy.

Rp sample:Sota sat on a swing,silently. A look of sheer determination on her face. She swung her feet back and forth to gain momentum as the swing gained altitude.With one arm on the swing and one arm around her teddy bear,Sota swung back and forth getting higher as she did. The violent pull of gravity as she went backwards tightened her hold on her teddy. A bead of sweat rolled down the side of her face as she looked at the pavement infront of her. Finally,she looked toward the sky,took in a deep breath and when the swing went forward she threw herself off and flew clean over the gate infront ogf the swings. She landed rather ungracefully,stumbling when her feet touched the ground,but remaining upright regardless.Sota looked around her and then looked at the swings. One was still swinging from her "We did it Ranka! Ha ha!! I knew it! It wasn't scary at all!"she said and blew a raspberry at the swing. She went away proudly,her knees shaking as she walked on.

Okay so I will do that weapon creation for ranka and for that puppetry jutsu,I get rid of the C rank jutsu I have for that one right?

Yush, yush. If you switch the old C rank for the puppetry one then that'd be splendiferous. XP

Hmms... I'd think that Rage should have a CK cost per turn active then, since it's a strong jutsu comparatively. Perhaps 1 CK per turn.
