Personality: Raiden is a laid back person who is also quite cunning. He doesn't like to engage in pointless chit chat or to do things he deems pointless. He loves a good fight and can be quite merciless whenever he engages in combat. He likes to keep to himself most of the time but will have a conversation if he feels like it. Or if he thinks the person he's talking to has something relevant to say. He is also seemingly fearless and is not the type to mouth off about his skills either. He would much rather let people experience how skilled he actually is for themselves.

Sharingan fully activated - Three Tomoe

This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form.

Clan: Uchiha

Clan History: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.

The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

History: Raiden were born into the Uchiha clan of Konoha in which he attended the academy there. He managed to move through the ranks quite quickly as one would expect of a Uchiha. From a young age he demonstrated his talents in several arts of fighting. Raiden graduated from the academy and went on to become a Genin. And from then on his own rise to fame amongst his peers of the Ninja world began. He became renowned for his use of the Sharingan which made him quite dangerous. He managed to unlock his Sharingan during a mission that was meant to be a C rank but soon turned to an A-rank. In an effort to save his friends from danger his Sharingan were awaken. From there he kept on honing his skills with the Sharingan. He was skilled in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu and weaponry. His superior skill level in these aspects of fighting came as no surprise.

As a Genin Raiden started developing his own style of fighting which led him to develop his own jutsus. He managed to develop a Jutsu that would be feared by his opponents. As time passed Raiden went through the Chuunin exams and as expected he was promoted to the rank of Chuunin. However it wasn’t long before Raiden joined the Anbu squads in which he became a captain by age 15. By then his Sharingan had fully developed all three Tomoes. He hid away as part of the Anbu black ops becoming more and more dangerous. Raiden were sent on numerous missions and were entrusted with a few important things. However his knowledge of certain top secret information would soon cause him to become a target. He was then framed in an elaborate plan which caused him to flee from the Fire Country.

During that time Raiden lost a couple of important people to him such as his parents and a best friend. This caused him to have hate towards his former village and just about any other major establishment. He now has it sights set on the destruction of these Major establishments.

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

It is thought that the sphere of fire is rather compact which allows for it’s main purpose which is to explode. Once it explodes it will most likely destroy all that is caught in the explosion. The explosion will always cover a wide enough area to maximize its effects. This will however cost 12 CP, which is more than your regular A-rank technique.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Description: Utilizing the lightning element the user will release lightning from their body which will then taken of the form of a sphere around them. It is a bit like the Hyuga clan heavenly spin technique. Except that it doesn’t require the user to actually rotate themselves. The lightning sphere is quite big and can be used for defensive and attacking purposes. Once the opponent comes in contact with the jutsu it will proceed to electrocute them while cutting them as well. This particular technique uses the lightning elements ability to cut and electrocute. Being zapped by the lightning can deal a deadly blow due to the high voltage passing through the victim.

Description: Raikou Dangan utilizes the lightning element by creating the head of a dragon that rises from the ground. The dragon’s head will then proceed to spit pebble like lightning balls at incredible speeds. These lightning pebbles will act like a bullet since they will have the ability to pierce the skin of an opponent. The Dragon’s head may also rotate in order to maximize it’s efficiency and deadliness. The pebbles that are released from the Dragon’s mouth will go forth in overwhelming numbers. Though not impossible to count, it would be pointless to do so in the heat of battle. -3 CP for each post active.

Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kurenai will appear from the tree itself and stab her target with a kunai.

This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Description: Using the Sharingan or through the use of hand seals. Raiden is able to cast a genjutsu that will otherwise hypnotize his target(s). This will allow the user to extract information from his target, or to simply brainwash them into doing the user’s bidding. The user will then be able to show different types of images or even a fabricated lie in other to get what they want basically through a form of persuasion. Description: Taigen is truly the embodiment of what a Phoenix should truly be. He has a burning desire to overcome all obstacles thrown at him . He is however the most feared amongst his kind due to his fiery displays during Battle. He is about the size of Gamabunta and his wing span makes him look even bigger while airborne. When in combat his body will turn to flames which carries an intense heat like that of every other Phoenix. And as one would expect Taigen can fly and will reach up to incredible speeds when flying. The heat coming from Taigen’s flames are like that of lava and can even melt metal and overcome so water type jutsus such as B ranks and lower.

Note: The flames from the Phoenix are able to overcome even some water type jutsus and can incinerate a target. The flames are also known to melt even metal in its wake, the heat is basically that of lava or even just a little hotter. This is however attributed to Boss and Elderl summons. Adults-Adolescent levels are basically on the level of a High ranking Katon jutsus such as B-A rank jutsus.

The heat wave may cause severe burns to the people caught inside of it.

Description: Tetsujin is very laid back and loves to enjoy himself, but will instantly changed from such a demeanour when there is a battle to be fought. He carries with him a pipe of some sort that is tied around his neck. He can sometimes be seen with this particular pipe between his beak as if smoking. Tetsujin is pretty huge in size and can reach up to incredible speeds when flying. His ability to use fire type jutsus also makes him pretty dangerous too.

Sharingan Jutsu:

It is still a mystery to some that Raiden managed to unlock the Mangekyou form of the sharingan. It is said that he used all his hatred and emotion in order to force himself to unlock this particular. Using the numerous lost he has suffered in his life as a catalyst he was able to unlock the Mangekyou and even know some don't know that he has it since he has yet to use it in the presence of anyone. From the looks of it he doesn't particularly like using this form since there is a fear of losing his vision.

Mangekyou Sharingan Technique
Name: Izanami -Goddess of Death

Description: Izanami is a Mangekyou technique used by Raiden Uchiha. Once the victim is caught in this terrifying Genjutsu, they will first be bound by chains in which a beautiful women will appear before them. But soon afterwards this beautiful women will soon turn into a rotting corpse with maggots and other foul creatures ravishing her body. At the sight of this, the victim can be heard screaming due to being horrified by what they are seeing. She will then reveal two daggers in her hands and while the victim is bound by the chains there will be a sudden darkness. They will then be stabbed 1000 times all over there body quite viciously. This process will seem like its been going on for all eternity when in fact only a second has passed outside of the genjutsu. And as one will expect once the genjutsu is over the victim will feel the effects of the Genjutsu on their body as if they were being stabbed for real. This is definitely not your regular Genjutsu. However it should not be attempted more than twice in a day since it takes a toll on the user overt time, since it shares the same symptoms like all Mangekyou techniques.

Special note: Izanami is a Japanese Goddess and were the wife of Izanagi a Japanese God.

Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun

Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

Description: Using perfect timing, coupled with speed and precision. The user will first take on a unique stance and in time strike out at their target. The user’s hand movement will then create an illusion through sheer speed. Effectively giving the appearance of the user having more than six arms. When in reality it is only the user’s speed causing this. This particular Kata will aim to deliver up to 24 strikes, causing great pain to the pressure points on the body. To make the attack more effective, the user will also use the lightning element to stun their target as they deliver these painful blows. These strikes wll also aim to cause internal damage. Pressure points will include those on the chest area, arms and abdomen preferable. It should also be noted that the stance employed by this technique, will cause the user’s movement’s to become unpredictable as they move. This is mainly because it doesn’t follow one pathway when striking.

Description: Raikou Sensu is a kata that incorporates the user’s own fighting style making it somewhat more efficient. It will focus on manipulation of the lightning element. Extending lightning chakra from the users fingers or hands in a thread like strings. The lightning can then stun or cut an opponent causing harm which will depend entirely on the amount of hits administered. The sudden release of the lightning chakra makes it very formidable, as it lashes out as if it were lightning striking down. Which is very fast. Raikou senseu doesn’t necessarily need precise movements, but it is useful. In cases where the user is striking out at pressure points on the body. There will be 2CP deducted if there is a direct hit.
