Shinryu Jin ~Hokage~ Done

Appearance:
His shoes are however the black traditional shinobi sandals. He also wears an black overcoat with a dragon design on the back of it. His earrings are in fact smaller that the ones in the pick. He also wears an headband with a dragon symbol on it. This particular headband is black also. Jin is also taller than he looks in the picture, reaching up to 6ft 3 n height. His muscles are also quite bigger and more toned too.
Personality: Jin is somewhat moody sometimes. He can easily switch from being happy to angry at everyone, for no reason whatsoever. He is easily annoyed and can be quite shy at times. He prefers his own space, he doesn’t care much about friendship. But he can be fun to be around once you get to know him. His main focus, is being the strongest Shinobi, in his clan ever. And also to be the most powerful Nin in all of Konoha. He is the embodiment of the will of fire in his own unique way. He can also be very merciless at times too.

Clan History: The Shinryu Siblings came to the Sand village riding on the double headed dragon during one of the great ninja wars. They came from the mountains, and nobody really knew their real names. Even though one was male, and the other female they were identical twins (with gender differences). It was rumored that they were children the dragons had stolen and raised as their own. Regardless after the war they remained and started the Shinryu clan, swearing fealty to the lords of the Wind country. They are now one of the many clans of the Sand village. The leader of the Shinryu clan is almost always a woman, and the strongest warriors are also women.
They specialize in ranged combat, masters of archery above other weapons. And it is said that, a Shrinyu never misses their target. They also have fire and wind jutsus and are know to use dragon summonings. The Shinryu has the bloodline Shoryu, and characteristic golden eyes. Which is also the highly praised doujutsu of the clan. The clan leadership is decided in battle amongst the clan members most suitable for the job. The current leader is Shinryu Nomaru, is the first male leader of the Shinryu clan since the founding twins (who happened to be one male and one female and both lead the clan). Like the founders, Nomaru, has a female twin, Arana that he defeated in combat in the wake of their mother. And it was then, that a male took over, which caused inner conflicts in the clan.
History: Jin, is one of the many black sheep of the Shinriyu clan. He is despised by some of the women of the Shinriyu clan. This is due to the fact that, he has been dubbed to be a genius. This causes the women of the clan, to be unsettled. Since they see this as threatening, the tradition of the clan. The main tradition is to always have a female as the head of the clan. But as time passed, a male warrior was able to take up the position of the clan leader. And should there be a constant influx of male warriors. Who are considered to be a genius, then the clan may have to break away from tradition. This causes constant friction between clan members of the opposite sex. With only a few of the woman, willing to break away from tradition. This is however unknown to the rest of the village. The Shinriyu clan, tends to quite secretive.
Clan's Ability: The Shoryu bloodline, allows the user to tap into spiritual energy components of chakra. It creates a different source of energy, that supplements chakra. Resulting in a chakra boost for the user. It is similar to a ninja using a soldier pill, to boost stamina. Whenever the user taps into the Shoryu energy, the user can then use it for a few things. To either supplement chakra resulting in a boost and jutsu. Or to give a speed boost, whenever firing their Bows. Or to induce the transformation of the Shinryu clan. This particular transformations gives the user draconic features. Such as, draconic elements, tail, claws, wings, mouth, strength and speed. Once the user of the shoryu bloodline is experienced enough. Their final transformation results in a dragon. While there is a partial transformation or full transformation. The user will not require the use of hand seals to perform jutsus (think logically).
The strength of the Shoryu user, makes the user 5 times as strong as there normal strength. But it can only be used when the user transforms. Or partially transforms. This substantial increase in strength, is due to the Shoryu energy, which the user uses as a supplement. To boost their destructive beast like strength. It should also be noted that the user, will gain an increase in speed. But their speed increase, is only that of a (3 tails Naruto). Also note that a Shinryu can fire up to 7 arrows in 2.5 seconds. The ability to due this is due to the Shoryu spiritual energy. The boost in chakra that the Shoryu energy gives is 35 CP extra. Also while there is a transformation or a partial one, the user's senses would have increased somewhat. Their hearing, smelling, reaction speed etc would have increased in order to accommodate their beast like appearance.
The capabilities of the Dojutsu are.
Ryugan~ Dragon Eyes
1. To be able to see over long distances. The user can cover up to 5 kilometers. But the user can only see what’s going on, in the direction he/she is looking. (So no 360 degree like the hyuga clan)
2. It also allows the user to detect and dispel genjutsu. But they are not able to cast any genjutsu of their own. The level of Genjutsu that the Ryugan is able to dispel is only up to B-rank Genjutsu.
3. The Ryugan also allows the user to see chakra in different substances. But it is not as keen as the Byukugan which is far more superior in that sense.
The doujtsu compliments the clan really well. Since they are also weapons experts. But above all they use the bow and arrow. The bows of the Shinryu clan are build from a special material. Making it almost indestructible. As one would guess, this makes the clan, experts at ranged combat.

The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Fuzen henkan stage 1. Is a partial transformation process. Where the user uses the spiritual energy gathered. In order to transform his/her hands and legs into draconic like claws and legs. The user will also gain an increase in strength. Whenever there is a transformation, the user will fight in a beast like manner.
Shoryu- Fuzen Henkan- Ni Tsugi (Partial transformation -stage 2)

At this point the user’s hands and legs will transform resembling that of a dragon. And they also gain a draconic tail. The user’s speed and strength increases 5x, with this partial transformation. The user then attacks in a beast like manner. The user’s claws are extremely sharp and hard. While the tail have what looks like spikes sticking out of it. The user is able to case a lot of damage with his/her claws. And a swing of the tail, if connected with the opponent can have a nasty effect on the victim. The partial transformation is also a signal of the users inexperience. When using the Shinriyu clan bloodline limit.

This is where the user gains draconic wings. The wings are just an addition to the previous transformation. The user will now have. Draconic claws, legs, tail and wings. Also an increase in speed that is like Naruto in 3 tails mode. Except that the user doesn’t react like a mindless beast. The user will also gain an increase in strength. To compliment his/her speed. Utilizing the fire and wind element. The user will be capable of breathing fire in a dragon like fashion. The fire will also carry an intense heat. Except Fujin is much larger and operates in a different way. Fujin will pull things towards him almost like a vacuum or a vortex. The wind is very hard to resist since it as the pulling force of a tornado, which makes escaping very difficult. Once the target(s) have been consumed by Fujin they will exit through a sack that he carries with him. However what ever is consumed will not be the same, since it would have been sliced up by the overwhelming amount of slicing winds. Fujin however can only pull in targets that are in a 18ft radius in terms of width. This means that if the target is outside of the radius then they should be safe. This jutsu will also leave the user very fatigued and will take 40 CP to perform and should only be used as a last ditch effort. Ultimately whatever is consumed by the technique will most likely be destroyed or nullified.

As a side note please ignore the fact that these dragons have different elements in their description. Basically I was just too lazy to edit the whole thing, but don't be afraid since they are not elemental Types. In fact they only use one element and that's fire.

But his flames are blue and are capable of incinerating, most things that stands in its way. If needed Ryujoushi could cause a lot of devastation to a village or a single area. As long as there is something to burn, he could do it. Ryujoushi can reach up 750 mph when flying.

The dragon spear uses something, called the earth shaker. When the spear is smashed into the ground, it creates a small earthquake uprooting the earth. The spear is also very strong and can withstand a clash with a sword and other sharp objects.

Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target. (As you would expect the jutsu is a little bigger and stronger when the dragons use it)

Description: Kaigan is a technique known to the Shinryu clan that allows the user to push their already heightened senses even further. It would seem as if the user reached a whole other level mentally. Their sense of smell would have increased allowing them to detect targets(s) through smelling. Their hearing would also reach a new height. Allowing them to even hear the faintest of sounds within a half a mile radius. They will also be more in touch with their surroundings. This means they could feel and sense chakra mobile or immobile which will help with their ability to react to attacks. 11 Cp to activate and last 5 post. The user will need to wait a few moments before he can use it again. 3 posts waiting period.
