taking suggestions

Seeing that things on tsl have been slowing down and not much is going on. We will be taking suggestions such as.

All Genins will be promoted to Chuunins in order to attempt to get stuff to start happing again. In any cause the new Chuunins will receive 7 freebee Justus of their chose.

Well I have a suggestion then.well we have to have some time before the site get used to this time skip. As well as the orgs get there members together. In the evil gave getting more evil deeds together. While this rping is going on in the sl. There has been members of topics who waits on the other members of the storyline. Anyways onto my suggestion. Since everyone is chunnin. + while don't we have a simple off topic turny.sort of like the chuunin exams. But diffrently. In the aspect of having all the members participate. Since this is off the storyline we can make it as everyone has balence stats.

If oppitional$ every gets a certin amount of points to place in there stats whatever the user sees fit. Then since if possible there will limit the number of jutsu to a limit. Not how many times but how $many jutsu (ie. Fireball jutsu and shadow clone jutsu is limiting. But using fireball and fireball is still using one jutsu. This turny can give each of the members to join into one big thing. Since people are of diffrent villages. Idk maybe we can build or maybe someone has something better

Lol I was already planning a Tourny. The only problem was not everyone is at the ideal rank that I want them to be.

Now most people are Chunin. Why don't we do it through level matches? Or why don't we just do it like this.

But that's the whole deal of this special turny. We can make it so everyone is at the same amount of stats. With that you give each shinobi a set of stats so they can level up the selected stats they want to upgrade. If rank is such an issue gives the higher ranks just a little boost. But to maintain balence to the turny

I have a suggestion that deals with a question, could we "steal" the doujutsu from other ninja or corpses and use them due to research? If so, than there should also be limits such as when a ninja steals/is given and is able to use the Sharingan from an Uchiha corpse or living Uchiha. The normal chakra deduction normally would be two chakra points by what if the user isnt an Uchiha? Should the chakra deduction be higher than that of a natural born Uchiha?
