Appearance: Himei has long fluffy hair, a bright and shiny white. Her skin is dark but not black, more of a golden color and her eyes are a maroonish-orange color. Himei is rather short, with chubby cheeks and gangly limbs. The most remarkable thing about her is the amount of clothing Himei wears. Practically her whole body is covered by some form of cloth barrier. She wears a loose white shirt, with a fishnet undershirt that covered her upper chest and shoulders. Long white gloves cover her fingers and reach up past her elbows. Her pants are tight, with bandages wrapped around her ankles so as to keep the material in place. Even her neck and face are partially covered with a flowing white scarf.

Personality: Himei is rather submissive and polite to a fault. She wants to make everyone happy, and can be rather apprehensive. However hidden behind that childlike front she is extremely stubborn and she tends to be rather passive aggressive about things. Himei doesn’t like getting angry, nor does she like arguments or conflict. If challenged she backs down most of the time, however if it ever reaches a point where she doesn’t, Himei then will not willingly back down.

Clan: Noroikawa

Clan History: The Noroikawa Clan has many legends about their conception, some say that they started out as nomads who roamed the land. The leaders daughter was extremely beautiful, and tales spread of her throughout the Stone Country. One day a band of demons came demanding that the girl marry their leader. When the girl refused, the demons cursed her with the beginnings of the Bachieki so that whomever she touched would be drained of energy. Another story states that the girl didn’t refuse, and that her decedents were cursed due to the demonic blood they carried. Yet another story states that one of their ancestors wronged a priest by attacking one of his charges, and thus received their bloodline limit as punishment. While the stories vary, all of them contain the same basic principle. That the Noroikawa Clan was cursed with their ability and that they have always remained within the Stone Country.

At some point in the past the Clan members found their way to Iwagakure. They like to claim that they were their from the start of the hidden Village.

History: Himei was born in the middle of winter, due to the nature of the Noroikawa Clan, her birth was a dangerous one. Weakened she barely made it and she remained a sickly child, prone to debilitating spells of dizziness and sometimes even fainting. Because of her bloodline limit her parents kept her at home, instead of sending her off to the Academy. She desperately wanted to become a shinobi in spite of her physical weakness, and she convinced her parents to teach her how to control herself and her abilities. Himei focused rather intently on her studies, wishing exceedingly that she would gain enough skill so as to be allowed to become a shinobi. Through her studies she wasn't tied down to the normal curriculum one would find at the Academy and she was allowed to pursue her own interests. Because of that she soon found that she enjoyed medical ninjutsu, and although she couldn't accomplish any herself, her chakra control was superb for one her age. In part due to her astonishing control over the Bachieki she managed to take the Academy Exam and pass, and was then assigned a Genin Team.

This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kami Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her high origami skills, Konan will form her paper into bird-like shapes. After throwing these at the target, they can fly through the air and cut through the victim. When she was younger, Konan required the use of a Fuuton technique to add "punch" to the thrown shuriken. After she advanced her skills, she appears to be able to launch them with enough deadly force by herself.

If the user comes under attack, they can use this technique to cover their escape with a torrent of flower petals. After forming the needed hand seals, the users body will disperse into a shower of flower petals. These petals will confuse and distract the opponent while the user escapes or hides.
