Clones and Chakra Points Empty Clones and Chakra Points

This is a new rule for bunshins usage and the Chakra points it takes to use them.

Shadow clones and all B-rank clones will cost the user 20 chakra points to create them. Really we were very lenient with the chakra cost for these jutsus. But one must remember that these clones will split the user's chakra evenly. And quite frankly we've all been getting away with murder xD.

All C-ranked Bunshins will cost the user 12 chakra points to create them. This include water bunshin etc.

However this does not affect the most basic Bunshin technique which is thought at the academy.
