special abilities:
-Ranka's fluff absorbs the enemy's chakra. Every time Ranka comes into physical contact while fighting,the enemy loses 5 CK for every one direct hit.The person must come in direct physical contact for this ability to do anything.This is activated as soon as Sota's chakra strings connect to Ranka. The incoming chakra activates this special ability.

-When anything(or anyone)goes inside Ranka(like if he eats anything),they start to become one with him and he adapts their abilities(including some kekkei genkai).The thing eaten is turned into Ranka's fluff while it decomposes.The abilities of the opponent now become Ranka's abilities once the opponent has fully decomposed and become part of his fluffing.

origin: Sota's parents had her teddy bear specially made for her by a puppet master from Suna.As they were also puppet masters,they wanted their daughter to becme one as well. She was given Ranka for her 5th birthday.

No...No Stealing Kekkei Genkei, No Adating abilitys

It has come to me that if your bear is a puppet (still doesn't understand if it is) it will need to be a human puppet to actually be able to use jutsu so it's adapting a person's abilities will be impossible for it to do I dont even think a human puppet can adapt abilities. Another thing is make your bear a normal puppet a teddy bear is to out of place in the naruto world maybe you can change it to a puppet with a bear's shape but not a teddy bear. Sorry for the bad news I have given you.

I think a teddy bear could be a puppet. The thread attaching it's arms and legs and body together is like the joints in a wooden puppet. It could function as a puppet I'd think. Really anything can function as a puppet, as a puppet is just something who's movements are controlled.

It just wouldn't be able to use jutsu.
