dscritpion:Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Ya can keep rotation, but 8 trigrams, remove the summons of you want that. If ya want to keep the summons. CHange their rank to B and remove Trigrams and Kage Bunshin. Your only allowed 2 B ranks. and you still arent using the correct descriptions

And get rid of the Elemental Dragon Jutsu.. Chuunin get no A-Ranks... NO RASENGAN... YOU MUST TRAIN FOR IT.. PERIOD

Narutah you've got 10 jutsus and I believe the amount is 7 for your update. So please remove at least 3 of those and remove your fire dragon jutsu. It's really troublesome and at the rate your going you won't get it approved. However I will help you out in the Rp to develop it if you want.
