He has a dark look to him but he is actually quiet nice. He usually wears black. Some times he will often wear white or brown on special occasions or when he has nothing else to wear. Is usual attire is black pants, a black belt, a white shirt, and a black hooded trench coat. He has a scar on his right eye. He weighs about 175 pounds. He is slim but has muscle. He is also always carrying a bo staff.

Personality: masurao is a quiet person but talks a lot to the people he knows. He is sometimes cocky and ignorant. He loves to fight a lot even though the odds are against him. he usually doesn’t think before he acts and gets untroubled for that. He will be mean to you at first and ignore you if he thinks you’re a waist of his time but if you make him interested in a conversation or anything else he will pay attention. He likes to wander in his mind sometimes. Masurao is the lets sit down and talk about it, if he doesn’t like you he will let you know with his actions. Masurao isn’t all for the killing even though he loves to fight. He will rather injure you then kill you, but if he has to no matter what he will. Masurao only kills on a last resort.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Description: similar to Kage Bunshin the user will create a clone that will be able to do ninjutsu that the caster has. This Bunshin is created from the concentrated wind formed into the desired shape and size. The only way that this Bunshin is destroyed is if its wind pattern is tampered with, such as being hit with wind of 5 mph or more. This clone will also be destroyed by any ninjutsu. This clone is impenetrable to punches and kicks since the punches would go right threw it.

Description: this is one of Masurao’s favorite and custom techniques. Masurao first dose multiple hand signs. He will release some chakra in order to create a spiral formation in the air. A tornado will then appear witch masurao is in the middle of. Masurao will then grab is bow and shoot at rapid speed. The bows will then spit out all around the tornado hitting things all around it. The tornado will then spit out arrows and rapid speed.

Description: this is like Masurao’s tornado of arrows technique but only with a little adjustment. Instead of a normal tornado the tornado will be on fire. Masurao dose multiple hand signs creating the tornado. Then he adds more hand signs casing the tornado to catch on fire. Masurao will be in the middle of the tornado. Masurao will grab his bow and launch his arrows. As the arrows come out they will catch on fire and go at immense speeds. if masurao stays in the tornado for to long he would get badly burned (about 6 posts)

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

The user will then use a hand sign which will then release the spikes. The spikes will go out about 40m unless stoped by inpact. If user want the spikes will explode on impact causing an explosive tag effect. There will be about 200 spikes

It was about midnight, it was serene. There were not kids yelling, no music, no people to distract him from this beautiful night. Masurao was by a tree in the park enjoying his latest book he bought two days ago. Masurao was wearing the usual his black pants, and white shirt. He took off his trench coat because he wanted to enjoy the cool breeze of the night. He enjoyed the cold very much. Something about the way it felt on his skin gave him goose bumps.
As masurao was reading he noticed that he was almost done with his new book. The book had been so interesting he got carried away. He ignored his duties as a leaf shinobi and had been staying up till dawn. But he could resist the smooth cover, the in deep text, the image the book left on his head, the questions that wandered his head after he read. Before he knew it was 5 in the morning and he flipped the last page. Masurao threw the book down in furry. He had not enjoyed the ending. With that he walked off. The book was on the floor next to the tree. The book was open to the last page and it read “to be continued”
