description: Hinotama is a technique created by Demizo during his training with Iroh. Demizo builds up a very large amount of lighting chakra on one of his feet, around 20 Chakra Points, usually his right foot though it can be used on either foot. Demizo then raises his leg up as high as he can (straight up, past his head) and brings it down with amazing speed in about 0.18 seconds (note: faster then a blink of an eye). The Condensed lighting on his foot increases the power of the devastation, as it will completely shatter the area around the point of impact (think of Choji's K.O. punch), breaking bones and damaging muscles and organs, if the attack lands on the chest, back, or head area it will prove fatal (won't kill instantly but if it hits you and you don't get medical attention immediately it will kill you). If it misses ,even if it hits, it will shatter the earth for about 20 meters. The technique makes the user tired and takes a lot of energy as such it can only be used twice a die.

Don't you think the speed on this is a little too fast not to mention the power? This is basically what Tsunade or Sakura does with added speed.

Well.

0.18 seconds is how fast the kick comes down, since it is an Axe Kick. It takes time for the lighting chakra to be created and it takes a few seconds to raise the leg. It is fast but this is after the Chakra Gate training.

Strength, Chakra Gates and Demizo's Natural Strength plus the Condensed Lighting Chakra. Yeah its going to be strong. Its fatal to those three spots because.

Head - Contains the Brain, The skull would break and pieces of the skull would lodge in the brain. The brain would be crushed and electrocuted.

Torso - Contains most of the Major organs. The bones would penetrate the Organs cause hemmoraging and internal bleeding plus crush a few Organs.

Back - Spinal Cord would be crushed and Paralysis would be certain.

Also this Technique as a few weakness's.

1. Its a close range attack and it is stationary, if the opponent is moving it wouldn't hit.

2. Its a chakra sucker. 20 CP each time.

3. It can only be used twice.

4. It exhausts the user and put a great amount of stress on the legs.
